All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to review product descriptions
- Minor packaging wear
- Shipping carrier delays
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Damaged in Transit Claims (5-Day Policy)
If your order arrives physically damaged during transit, you must:
- Contact us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery
- Provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- Your order number
Failure to provide complete documentation within 5 days of delivery voids eligibility for review.
If approved, Fishmeco may issue:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit
Refunds are issued only where legally required.
Delivery Confirmation & Payment Disputes
We use carrier tracking and delivery confirmation services.
If tracking indicates "Delivered," this constitutes proof of fulfillment.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen package investigations.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Fishmeco reserves the right to submit:
- Delivery confirmation records
- Carrier tracking history
- Customer IP address logs
- Billing address verification results
- Fraud screening documentation
- Order confirmation records
- Customer communication history
Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Reporting of suspected fraudulent activity
Agreement
By placing an order with Fishmeco, you confirm that:

- You understand that all sales are final
